parasites... demons...

as one could expect, another crisis started after the end of the great war between the makuta and the xarians one less destructive but far more freaky the torrent. a parasitic creature known for burying itself into its victims flesh and climbing its way to the brain to take control. and its vicious idea of destroying life itself. it was horrible. as me and my unit were flying to investigate a recent death the horrible cries of the torrent sent shivers down my spine. as we landed my unit was overwhelmed. we tried our best but soon all was lost. i tried to take control of the ship but a torrent already was there. my unit chased after me. what a torrent infected humanoid looks like is a kryon mutant but 50 times worse. one of my troops even began to inflate with massive gas sacs expanding. he then ran at me and i tried to swipe but he flew away! he died when he landed though. i called for reinforcements and the planet was going to be quarantined. as i should say the avian justice's ship is also called a ultra frigate. we had 3 frigate come to glass the planet by heating the ground with their massive energy beams. as they arrived a small native ship came and crashed into the frigate and then after about and hour as i should say that frigate are the size of pluto so soon the torrent had began to grow tentacles which protruded from the ship it began to fire on the other 2 which were quickly over come. and the ships left while infected searching for a new planet to devour. i had a plan. it was gross but it worked. i attached some tentacles and put bloody chunks of meat on me and began to walk oddly. a native drop ship saw me and picked me up. one of the frigates came back and we got on. and what was worse is that my cousin ventru, was controlling the ship with a huge oversized brain that fell everywhere in the cockpit. his body was hanging from his brain which accessed all the ships info. i had to execute my plan even if it meant killing my cousin. i went for the engines. there was an old grenade i found which i put to use. as i climbed into the engine room i quickly set the grenade and then the engines burst. the ship shook as it careened to the side. i ran to the hangers to grab a capital ship. i raced out and the frigate exploded. i had to take the capital ship to the other 2. luckily the ship in which i was commanding was the fleet master's flag ship and a special order could be given to destroy all ships in his or her fleet i activated the order just as the 2 frigates were in sight. after word i ordered another quarantine with the whole xarian/raltiont fleet. as we advanced our ships began to glass. "do not underestimate the torrent's power" said our fleet master. just then an infected ship approached "fire the guns and maximize shields!" shouted the fleet master. the shields became much more visible and it locked like lightning surrounding the ship. the enemy ship was destroyed and nearly collided with us. the quarantine began. the beams turned the once green terrain was soon nothing but red glass. however, the quarantine had an opposite effect, the infected ships fled. as the commanders orders we pursued. taipu soon joined in with his fighter. they fell in to the most well planed trap ever. they fled into a pontari star forge. pontari had already repopulated and then used the sentinels to blast through the ensuing torrent. but one thing went wrong. one infection form came and lunged at a pontari. the pontari was consumed and began to infect others. after awhile the whole group was infected. the sentinels killed them even though they were allied. soon the torrent hid in some old basements. were proper quarantine could take place. we sealed the exits and sent in a bio-matter charge. the horrific sounds of dying animals and pontari echoed through the forge. we went to celebrate on xaria
